Add your billing address when binding a card

Dear BTCC Users,

 

You can now input your billing address when binding a card to your BTCC account. Doing so will reduce the chances of failure when using your card for a transaction on BTCC.

If you have previously bound your card but experienced payment failures, you can try to unbind your card by swiping left on the "Card Binding History" page and then attempt to bind it again.
