BTCC enables sub-account transfer and temporarily pauses withdrawal


Dear BTCC User,

BTCC is set to launch a new feature enabling users to transfer their assets between sub-accounts. This feature will be available in version 774 or later of the BTCC app. If you notice any abnormalities in your account balance or portfolio after the update, please exit and reopen the assets tab, or re-login if the issue persists.

Please also note that BTCC will pause withdrawals from 1:00:00 to 4:00:00 (UTC+0) on November 13. Please plan ahead of time if you need to withdraw or allocate your funds.
