Exciting Updates to the Eligibility of VIP-Exclusive Campaigns

In light of the recent major update to the BTCC VIP programme, there will be the following changes to the eligibility criteria for the following two VIP-exclusive campaigns to benefit a wider community of users on our platform:
 

1. Trading loss coverage for U.S. users on WhatsApp


 Current Eligibility: This exclusive benefit is available to U.S. users at VIP3 or above under the old VIP programme (having an account’s asset value of $2,000+ AND 30D trading volume of $20,000+).

 Revised Eligibility (Effective from 1 Oct 2023): U.S. users at VIP5 or above under the new VIP programme (having an account’s asset value of $5,000+ OR 30D trading volume of $2,000,000+) will have access to this perk.

 How to Participate: If you are a U.S. user and you meet the VIP5 or above criteria, simply contact us via live chat to receive the link to our VIP-exclusive WhatsApp channel. You will then enjoy up to 300 USDT* in trading funds per month to cover your trading losses.

 

*U.S. users at VIP5 or above under the revamped VIP programme who experience losses exceeding 1,000 USDT per trade are eligible for 100 USDT trading funds per trade. Users can benefit from the trading loss coverage three times a month, totalling 300 USDT.

 

2. VIP birthday gifts

 

 Current eligibility: Users at VIP3 or above under the old VIP programme (having an account’s asset value of $2,000+ AND 30D trading volume of $20,000+) are eligible for our special VIP birthday gifts.

 Revised Eligibility (Effective from 1 Oct 2023): Users at VIP5 or above under the new VIP programme (having an account’s asset value of $5,000+ OR 30D trading volume of $2,000,000+) will be able to enjoy this exclusive benefit.

 How to participate: No registration is required. If you have reached the VIP5 level in the new programme before 1 October 2023, you'll automatically receive a birthday gift during your birthday month. It's our way of celebrating your loyalty.
