Deposit suspension & change of Ripple (XRP) deposit address

BTCC will undergo a system upgrade on 27 Oct 2022 (Thursday) from 02:00 to 04:00 (UTC+0), and during this period crypto deposit services on the BTCC platform will be suspended.

Please note that all Ripple (XRP) deposit addresses on BTCC will be replaced with new ones after the above mentioned period.

If you would like to deposit XRP to your BTCC account after the above-mentioned period, please log into your account and go to the Deposit page to obtain your new XRP deposit address on BTCC.

Please do not deposit XRP to the old addresses after the period mentioned above, as this will result in the loss of assets.
